We work with trusted global suppliers to bring you premium gaming keyboards, headsets, and accessories at the best prices.
Because we operate on a dropshipping model, your order may ship from one of our international fulfillment partners depending on product availability and destination.

This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery, and tracking.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment verification.
Processing includes product quality check, packaging, and dispatching your item to the courier.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience unusually high order volume or a supplier delay, we’ll contact you by email with an update.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by region and supplier.
Typical delivery windows are:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch, especially for international orders.
If your tracking number shows no updates after 10 days, contact us at info@ultrageex.com.


Multiple Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately from different supplier warehouses to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive a separate tracking number for each package (if applicable).


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

UltraGeeX is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees incurred during import.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details (name, address, phone number, postal code) are entered correctly.
UltraGeeX is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@ultrageex.com.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us at info@ultrageex.com with your order number.

  2. Include photos if your item was damaged.
    We’ll coordinate with our suppliers to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

UltraGeeX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier strikes, or natural events.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
