30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or modification are not eligible for return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and the correct supplier return address based on your item’s origin.
Since UltraGeeX operates as a dropshipping store, returns are shipped directly to our fulfillment partner or supplier warehouse.
Return addresses vary depending on the product and supplier.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Send an email to info@ultrageex.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Claims for damaged or wrong items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., in-ear headsets) once opened

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different model, size, or color, please initiate a return first. Once approved and received, you can place a new order for your desired item.


EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
